Automatic order picking across the fleet’s vehicles
Distributes the day’s orders across vehicles automatically. Charged only for completed deliveries.
Order picking is the step between collecting an order and sequencing the route: deciding which orders go in which vehicles. In BrainCargo, that distribution is automatic — the system considers each vehicle’s capacity, the destination region and priority, and builds each truck’s load with no manual intervention. The module is billed per completed delivery, aligning cost with results. It includes per-vehicle loading control, automatic volume checking and WMS/ERP integration. It pairs with Load Sequencing to produce a route ready to go.
Distributing orders across vehicles by hand is as costly as sequencing the route — and just as error-prone. BrainCargo distributes automatically, balances across the fleet and charges only for deliveries actually completed.
Paired with the Load Sequencing module it delivers a ready route: orders distributed + order set + driver app fed.

Frequently asked questions
What does “charged only for completed deliveries” mean?
You are billed only for deliveries actually completed and proven — not for planned orders or failed attempts. It aligns the module’s cost with the operation’s results.
How does WMS/ERP integration work?
BrainCargo exposes a native API to receive orders from your WMS/ERP and return picking, loading and delivery status. It supports synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
Does the system account for each vehicle’s capacity?
Yes. Picking respects each vehicle’s weight, volume and cargo type, avoiding overload and load violations.
