Digital proof of delivery is the electronic record of a cargo delivery — a photo, the recipient’s on-screen signature, identification details, geolocation (GPS) and a date-and-time stamp — replacing the paper invoice receipt. In BrainCargo, the driver records the delivery in the app at the moment of unloading; together this forms the Electronic Proof of Delivery, attached to the invoice and the CT-e and available in real time in the carrier’s dashboard. This removes the physical return of the paper receipt to the office, shortens the billing cycle and gives the shipper immediate visibility. It works offline and syncs as soon as the network is back.

Does the driver app work without internet?
Yes. Every proof is stored locally when there is no connection and syncs automatically once the network is back. No record is lost.
Is the driver app charged per user?
